Cuauhtémoc R. Hernández Sánchez

He is a founding partner of Transfer Pricing Intelligence, a firm specializing in transfer pricing in Mexico. With over 15 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and six years as an official at Mexico’s Tax Administration Service (SAT), he brings extensive experience and deep technical expertise in transfer pricing.

Throughout his career, he has led complex audits and dispute resolution processes, consistently delivering value and client satisfaction for multinational corporations across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. His work spans the entire transfer pricing lifecycle, including planning, policy design and implementation, pricing and contract structuring, monitoring and adjustments, and compliance documentation.

He is recognized for his ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams during tax authority audits, establish effective communication with regulators, and develop strategies for resolving disputes at all stages, including litigation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a Master’s in Economic and Financial Engineering from La Salle University. He is an active member of the Ibero-American Association of Transfer Pricing Specialists and the Tax Professional Development Commission of the Mexican Association of Public Accountants.
