Graduate in Law from the Faculty of Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, with professional practice in tax law since 1969.

Tenured Professor of Tax Law in the Bachelor’s Degree program at the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico since 1974.

Postgraduate Professor at the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, teaching courses on Federal Special Taxes and Federal Administrative Appeals (1984–1992), Individuals and Taxes (2000–2013), and International Relations and Taxes (2000–2013).

Postgraduate Professor specializing in Tax Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho since 1994.

Visiting Professor at various higher education institutions, including the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala, Ibero-American University, Autonomous University of Baja California, Center for Technical and Higher Education, Autonomous University of Hidalgo, Autonomous University of Aguascalientes, and Benito Juárez Autonomous University of Oaxaca.

Author and co-author of several books on tax law, as well as numerous essays published in journals specializing in tax law.
