Alejandro Mora Arias

Alejandro Mora is a distinguished attorney who earned his Law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho, graduating with honors upon successfully defending his thesis: “The Legislator, His Inactivity and Its Unconstitutionality.”
He holds a Specialization in Amparo Law from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City campus), where he was also recognized with honors. Additionally, he obtained a Master’s degree in Constitutional Procedural Law from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Derecho Penal in collaboration with the Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, A.C., receiving an honorable mention.
His academic background is complemented by numerous advanced programs, including:
Diploma in “New Constitutional and Legal Framework for Human Rights and Amparo” (Escuela Libre de Derecho).
Seminar on “Economic Competition in Telecommunications” (Universidad Panamericana, Federal Telecommunications Institute, and Centre for Research and Development, A.C.).
Seminar on “Fiscal Reform 2005” (Mexican Bar Association, A.C.).
Participation in forums such as “Initiative for a New Amparo Law: Discussion and Proposals” and “The Ordinary and Constitutional Defense of Taxpayers” (organized by the Senate of the Republic).
Workshop on “Critical Analysis and Evolution of Tax Precedents” (Mexican Bar Association, A.C.).
Currently, he serves as an Advocate at Calderón, González y Asociados, specializing in constitutional, administrative, and tax procedural law. His previous experience includes working as a solicitor at Capín, Calderón, Ramírez y Gutiérrez-Azpe, S.C., as well as serving as Legal Advisor to Commissioner Estavillo at the Federal Telecommunications Institute and to the Legislative Liaison System of the Chamber of Deputies of the Honorable Congress of the Union.
