Carlos González

Carlos González earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law and Criminology at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (1995–2000) and obtained a Master’s degree from the same institution in 2008.

He brings over 20 years of experience in both the public and private legal sectors.
In his corporate practice, he has extensive expertise throughout the business lifecycle—from entity formation, administration, and transactional activities to dissolution and liquidation. His work includes legal due diligence, trust transactions, and other complex corporate matters.

Carlos has also developed significant experience in environmental law, covering areas such as waste management regulation, water resources, project environmental impact, risk assessment, and forest preservation. He has built strategic alliances with certified specialists and coordinated turnkey projects for private investors, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and implementing prevention, regularization, and remediation strategies.

In the mining sector, Carlos served as in-house counsel for over a decade, earning recognition for his deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks. He has participated in negotiations with suppliers, rural communities, labor unions, and commodity traders, as well as in the establishment of mining operations for foreign investors.
