His practice primarily focuses on administrative and tax litigation across a broad range of sectors and transactions, representing both domestic and international clients. He brings over 13 years of experience in handling administrative disputes and managing proceedings before federal and local tax authorities concerning various tax matters.

Carlos Alatorre earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He has also completed several diploma programs in Business Law at the same institution, as well as a specialized diploma in Tax Law at the National Institute for Legal Development.
