Pamela Paredes Ramírez

Since 2021, she has served as a Tax Lawyer at Calderón González y Asociados, contributing her expertise primarily in tax procedures, mergers, and conclusive agreements, as well as managing proceedings before tax authorities.

She has completed several specialized diplomas in tax matters, including Tax Update and Compliance 2023, Tax Law, and New Challenges in an Era of Ultra-Taxation, the latter offered by the Academy of Tax Studies of Public Accounting.

From 2013 to 2021, she worked as a public official within the Tax Administration Service, holding positions in the Central Administration for the Taxation of Large Diverse Taxpayers and later as Head of Department in the Central Administration for Strategic Coordination, both under the General Administration of Large Taxpayers.

She earned her law degree in 2011 from the National Bar Association Law School, presenting her thesis titled Prosecution’s Confinement as a Violation of Individual Guarantees
