Jorge Adri\u00e1n Alcocer Castillejos<\/span><\/h1>\n

He earned his law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), and later specialized in tax law at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM). He also holds a specialization in amparo proceedings from the Mexican Bar Association.<\/p>\n

Since 2003, he has been an active member of the Mexican Bar Association, where he has served as a professor in its Tax Law Program and as coordinator of the Indirect and Local Taxes Committee.<\/p>\n

He began his professional career at Goodrich, Riquelme y Asociados, A.C. (1995\u20131997), and later became a partner at Cap\u00edn, Calder\u00f3n, Ram\u00edrez y Guti\u00e9rrez-Azpe, S.C. (1997\u20132009).<\/p>\n

In 2009, he founded Alcocer-Perell\u00f3 y Asociados, S.C., a law firm specializing in tax litigation.<\/p>\n

From December 2018 to May 2022, he served as Director General of Financial Crimes at the Federal Tax Attorney\u2019s Office within Mexico\u2019s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.<\/p>\n

Since June 2022, he has been a tax litigation partner at Calder\u00f3n, Gonz\u00e1lez y Asociados.<\/p>\n
