Alejandro Mora is a distinguished attorney who earned his Law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho, graduating with honors upon successfully defending his thesis: \u201cThe Legislator, His Inactivity and Its Unconstitutionality.\u201d<\/p>\n

He holds a Specialization in Amparo Law from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City campus), where he was also recognized with honors. Additionally, he obtained a Master\u2019s degree in Constitutional Procedural Law from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Derecho Penal in collaboration with the Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, A.C., receiving an honorable mention.<\/p>\n

His academic background is complemented by numerous advanced programs, including:
\nDiploma in \u201cNew Constitutional and Legal Framework for Human Rights and Amparo\u201d (Escuela Libre de Derecho).
\nSeminar on \u201cEconomic Competition in Telecommunications\u201d (Universidad Panamericana, Federal Telecommunications Institute, and Centre for Research and Development, A.C.).
\nSeminar on \u201cFiscal Reform 2005\u201d (Mexican Bar Association, A.C.).
\nParticipation in forums such as \u201cInitiative for a New Amparo Law: Discussion and Proposals\u201d and \u201cThe Ordinary and Constitutional Defense of Taxpayers\u201d (organized by the Senate of the Republic).
\nWorkshop on \u201cCritical Analysis and Evolution of Tax Precedents\u201d (Mexican Bar Association, A.C.).<\/p>\n

Currently, he serves as an Advocate at Calder\u00f3n, Gonz\u00e1lez y Asociados, specializing in constitutional, administrative, and tax procedural law. His previous experience includes working as a solicitor at Cap\u00edn, Calder\u00f3n, Ram\u00edrez y Guti\u00e9rrez-Azpe, S.C., as well as serving as Legal Advisor to Commissioner Estavillo at the Federal Telecommunications Institute and to the Legislative Liaison System of the Chamber of Deputies of the Honorable Congress of the Union.<\/p>\n
